ART COMPETITION
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
TUESDAY, Date to be announced shortly- REGISTRATION
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

To enter, students must submit three pieces of original artwork in any medium to the Elm
Grove Woman's Club's clubhouse on - Date to be announced shortly - from 5:00 pm to 7:00
pm. Attached to each piece of submitted artwork, there must be an official entry form. Entry
forms and instructions, which may be downloaded from this web site, can also be obtained by
contacting your school's art teacher and guidance counselors. Entry forms will also be available
at the clubhouse on the night of registration.
WEDNESDAY, ARTWORK REVIEWED
All submitted artwork will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges.

Students who have entered the 44th Annual Art Competition, their families and friends are
invited to a very special Reception and Art Show at the Elm Grove Woman's Club. At 7:30 pm,
the scholarship and grant recipients will be announced. Refreshments will be served.

All Art Competition Scholarship and Art Grant recipients are invited to the Elm Grove
Woman's Club's April Luncheon where they will be recognized for their achievement.
