- Twelve hours of rental time (Event

rehearsal all included)

- All dinnerware, china, glassware &

- Chair covers for 200 chairs
- Beer refrigerator with tap
- Free on-site private parking for 100 cars

An elegant historic landmark, the Elm Grove
Woman’s Club is nestled among the tree-lined
streets in the Village of Elm Grove. Our
clubhouse is elegantly furnished and features a
wood parquet floor throughout, a sparkling
crystal chandelier and offers a unique setting
for a special celebration or event.

The rental fee of $2,100.00 (includes rental of
the clubhouse for 12 hours) is your complete
package with no other charges. The rental fee is
due at time of securing the contract, unless other
arrangements are made.
Please note: If more rental time is desired, there
will be an additional fee of $175.00 for each
hour used.
**The rental fee for Club members is $900.00
for 12 hours. If more rental time is needed, there
will be an additional charge of $150.00 for each
hour used.
We will provide you with a list of caterers and
bartenders from which you can choose. Caterers
and bartenders must be licensed and insured.
There is an additional fee of $100.00 if you
choose a caterer not on the recommended list.
For further details and a tour of the clubhouse,
please contact the Elm Grove Woman’s Club.
