Instructions
- Submit three of your original artwork pieces in any medium
- Completely fill out three entry forms. Please print clearly!
- Cut out each entry form along the dotted lines.
- Attach entry form - Part One to the back of a piece of art.
- Attach the corresponding Entry Form - Part Two to the front of that piece of artwork to cover your
- name.
- On Tuesday,March 19, 2013 bring your artwork to the Elm Grove Woman's Club's
- clubhouse which is located at 13885 Watertown Plank Road in Elm Grove, Wisconsin between
5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to register for the competition.
- Stay to help hang or display your works of art in the Elm Grove Woman's Club's clubhouse.
- On Thursday,March 21, 2013 a Reception will be held from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the
- Elm Grove Woman's Clubhouse clubhouse to view the art entries and to learn the names of the art
competition recipients who will be announced at 7:30 pm. Refreshments will be served.
- If you are a scholarship or grant recipient, leave your artwork at the clubhouse for display at
- the Elm Grove Woman's Club's luncheon on Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Make arrangement to
attend the luncheon.
- To other entrants, please remove your artwork from the clubhouse following the reception on
- Thursday.
