Enjoy the music of Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Glenn Miller, and more, while relaxing with a cocktail and munching on yummy appetizers at the Elm Grove Woman’s Club. This evening of hits from the 1930s and 1940s will be performed live by Milwaukee’s own Swing of Pearls band.

The Swing of Pearls band has been playing in the greater Milwaukee area since 2002 as a branch of the Milwaukee Police Band. Their shows sell out the Pabst Theater every February with hundreds of fans who support the group and their music.

In addition to the fabulous live swing music, professional ballroom dancers from Arthur Murray Dance Center of Whitefish Bay will showcase their fast footwork, smooth glides, and glittery costumes on our one-of-a-kind parquet dance floor. Think of it as a live Dancing with the Stars right here in Elm Grove!

Plus you won’t want to miss the opportunity to learn a few moves yourself as the dancers will give a brief ballroom dancing group lesson prior to the concert.

This concert will benefit the Elm Grove Woman’s Club and the EGWC Student Art Scholarship Program, awarding scholarships and art grants to local rising artists to further their passion for the arts.

7:30pm - 8:30pm Concert by Swing of Pearls, with Professional Ballroom Dancers throughout the evening performing with the band
