This year’s tour runs from 9am - 3pm - with separate morning and afternoon sessions. 

• Attendees can begin to check-in at the Woman’s Club at 8:30am. We will be managing the flow of traffic to prevent overcrowding in the homes, so you may find yourself needing to wait before you board your assigned shuttle. If that is the case, we hope you will enjoy the variety of businesses that will be set-up in the clubhouse, sharing information on remodeling and decorating home products and services.
• Shuttles will be loaded first come, first serve and the first shuttle will leave promptly at 8:55am.
• Final check-in will take place at 1:30pm if you would like to see all six homes.

This tour will be conducted exclusively using shuttle buses and VIP transportation. We will have three shuttles running continuously, each traveling a dedicated 2-home loop. You will transfer buses per the order on a card that you will be given upon check-in. Your card will determine where you will start the tour. You can visit homes for as long as you choose with shuttle buses making stops at each home approximately every 20 minutes. 

Alternatively, you can purchase a VIP experience for $100 that will provide you with a private driver that will take you to homes in an order and duration of your preference. Other VIP perks will also be provided.

A front door docent will ring a bell when shuttles arrive, but that does not mean that you need to leave. While we are going to great lengths to make sure that transportation runs smoothly, we do appreciate your patience as we want this to be a comfortable and pleasant experience for all. We also encourage you to spend time at the Woman’s Club before, during and after your tours to visit with our amazing sponsors who will be on hand to share information about their products and services.
