About the Event

The Elm Grove Woman’s Club is excited to welcome you to the 2022 Springtime in the Grove! 

STEP 1 : REVIEW EXHIBITOR DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY

Details 

  1. The event will be held in the west parking lot of the Elm Grove Woman's Club located at 13885 Watertown Plank Rd., Elm Grove, WI 53122
  2. Exhibitors are responsible  for their own set-up, including a 10x10 pop-up canopy, table(s) and chairs. Tent weights strongly encouraged.
  3. Booths must be contained within your 10x10 space
  4. Indoor restrooms are available for exhibitors and guests
  5. Concessions are available for purchase
  6. Event will take place rain or shine. Plan accordingly, sorry no refunds
  7. An event sign for all exhibitors will be available to pick up and place in their yard (date to be communicated)

Requirements

Exhibitors are required to donate one raffle item ($30 min) representative of their work. Please tag the item with the name of your business and give it to the Club member volunteer at the raffle table (Note: the EGWC is currently a 501(c)4 corporation. Donations are not tax-deductible).

Participate in the marketing and publicity of the event as follows:

  • Email a photo of you or of you representing your work to: elmgrovewomansclub@gmail.com 
  • Accept an invite to become a co-host of the Facebook event on the Elm Grove Woman's Club page
  • Share the event multiple times on your Facebook page
  • Post at least once with an introduction + a mention of the products you will be bringing to the event
  • Use the graphic created for the event including event details on your social media (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Use the graphic created for the event in your Facebook and Instagram stories 
  • Include the graphic in your email blast that you send out to your email groups and local following

STEP 2 : REVIEW EXHIBITOR SET-UP AND TAKEDOWN GUIDELINES

Set-up

  1. Set up begins at 8:00 am Saturday, May 21, 2022
  2. Upon arrival, exhibitors will be directed to enter the exhibitor area following the one way loop and park in front of their assigned space to unload (do not set-up at this time)
  3. Please park as close to your booth as possible avoiding a "traffic jam" in the parking lot 
  4. Unload your car
  5. Drive your car to the designated off-site parking location (several blocks away), park your car and wait by the "shuttle stop" sign
  6. A courtesy car will provide transport back to the Club for you to begin setting up your space
  7. Set-up your booth
  8. Drop off your donated raffle item to the Club member volunteer at the raffle table PRIOR TO 10:00 am 

Takedown

  1. Take-down is not permitted before 3:00 pm
  2. At 3:00 pm, walk to the "shuttle stop" near the Club parking lot entrance
  3. A courtesy car will provide transport to the off-site parking location to retrieve your car
  4. Upon returning to the Club, exhibitors will be instructed to follow the one way loop into the vendor area and park directly in front of their booth to pack up
  5. Please park as close to your booth as possible avoiding a "traffic jam" in the parking lot 
  6. Dissasemble your booth and pack up
