Event Details Christmas in the Grove takes place the second weekend in November annually and welcomes 700+ guests through the door! Exhibitor Requirements Raffle Donation: • Provide an item valued at a minimum of $50 during set up on Thursday • Tag the item with your business name and submit it to the volunteer at the raffle table. EWGC is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization and your donation is tax deductible. Marketing Participation: • Comment and introduce yourself on the EGWC Facebook event: Elm Grove Woman's Club • Tag EGWC in your email blasts and social media posts • Help build excitement—share frequently! Payment confirms your participation. Placement is determined by the EGWC committee, with efforts to assign the same location as the previous year and avoid placing similar vendors side by side. Setup & Event Instructions • Set-up Thursday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Park on the north or east side for easiest access • Accessibility ramp - park on west side • Set up your booth and provide your item for the raffle donation (min $50) Friday (Event Day 1): • Exhibitor entry: 3:00 PM • Public hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday (Event Day 2): • Exhibitor entry: 9:00 AM • Public hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM • No early takedown permitted • After 4:00 PM, disassemble and pack up your booth
