Event Details • Christmas in the Grove takes place the second weekend in November annually • Historically, there are 6,000+ attendees at the event Exhibitor Requirements Raffle Donation: • Provide an item valued at a minimum of $45 • Tag the item with your business name and submit to the volunteer at the raffle table before leaving on set up night. Your donation is tax deductible. Marketing Participation: • Comment and introduce yourself on the EGWC Facebook event: Elm Grove Woman's Club • Tag EGWC in your email blasts and social media posts • Help build excitement—share frequently!
